Sales Policy
- Orders must be pre-paid. We accept cashier's checks, certified checks, or cash payments.
- All sales are final. No returns accepted.
- A 30% restocking fee will apply on returned merchandise.
- Warranties are by manufacturer only.
Claims Policy
- No claim will be considered three (3) days after delivery.
- Returns accepted on faulty merchandise only.
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED AND CONFIRMED WITH AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
